Double Printing Tickets

Hello,

Our restaurant is experiencing tickets double printing.  All of our groups and items are programmed with their designated prep stations correctly.  However, for food the tickets are printing out a second time at our expeditor.  When I change it to only print when in offline mode then some items will not print at all even though those items also are programmed correctly in Toast under the desired prep station.  The print is also a smaller font.  All printers are on and connected so it is not the result of a printer needing a back up printer.

We are also experiencing this with a selection of beverage items for our bar service printer.  The items printing there are also a mixture of kitchen items that are also not programmed to print at those designated stations.  

Can anyone lead me in a direction here?  I have never come across this before.

Have you had a power outage or a bad printer connection?  That can cause printer havoc.
