I'm not sure if this is the correct place to leave this.
We have a difficult time managing our online wait times using the orders hub We would like to see the ability to do this on the kitchen display screen menu. This would save us a lot of time navigating between different menus and make it easier for us to have accurate times for our guests.

I know this doesn't answer your question, but you could take a look at the Toast Now app. That is how I have been adjusting wait times recently. Love your idea though.

Thanks for the reply! We enjoy the toast now app and have been using it to adjust our times. I have had several instances if I change the times on my POS that it does not show that on the toast now app the updated times. For example, toast now will show 35 minute wait and the POS will show 25 minutes. After we have adjusted times on one or the other. That makes us wonder if it really is changing our times when we use the app. Have you seen/ run into this?

@UnaPizza it will take a few weeks but you can enable smart quote and ensure you complete orders on KDS (not sure if you do or not), and allow it to learn your restaurants flow and it will adjust as needed
