Forgot password error

Hello!

I would like to express my complaint about the impossibility to sign in my Toast Payroll. Firstly, I am unable to log in my account. Then I press ''Forgot password" so to be sent an email in order to fix my account back. Sadly I see the following message:  ''An error occurred sending a password reset email request. Please contact support.'' So, I need your help now to gain back access to my payroll account and use it again purposefully. Currently it is essential for me because I need to fill my W-2 Form for tax refund. I worked at a restaurant all season long, and I am reluctant to see my hard work going down the drain.

I can't login either. When I hit Forgot Password it tells me I'm getting an email. I never get the email. And No, it isn't in my Spam

Toast Payroll is not a 24hr operation like Toast Support. Their working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 8:00pm EST. If any call or email comes in after that time, it will be answered within 12 business hours.
