Iten not printing to kitchen

I have one menu item not printing to kitchen, though other items are printing. Why is the item line in red? TIA

Are you talking about a red item on the check screen?

Yes, when creating the order,  There will be an item in red, and it's not printing to the kitchen, but remaining will print.

And is it always the same menu item or just always one item on the check?

Yes, same item group. In this case, burgers, which we offer a number of.
