Future Orders for Holiday Meals

Is there a way to allow customers to place an online order (future order) for pickup on a specific date in the future (day before Thanksgiving and day before Christmas), and only for certain menu items?  I plan to start taking pre-orders for Thanksgiving and Christmas meals in the near future. The meals are not part of our regular daily menu items.  We usually use EventBrite to take pre-orders for the holidays but would prefer to use our Toast POS this year if at all possible.  Open to suggestions or recommendations from anyone else who accepts pre-orders for bulk menu items.

How we did it was make a separate menu "Holiday Meals" make it available only December 22nd from 12pm to 5pm, that was our pick up date/time.
We directed everyone in our promo blast to use the Toast app or Toast website. They would just have to change the date and time to December 22nd, between 12 to 5pm and it would pop up for them to order.

We did also make the same menu for POS view only, for people that wanted to pre-order in person.
