You will need to get a liability report from ValuTech and upload that report as an csv file on Toast backend. A liability report is a report that has the card identifiers (account numbers) for all cards (both active and inactive) and balance for active cards.
**keep it in mind that there will be a discrepancy issue with your card balance. All gift card transactions occur at locations that use Toast system will update the balance automatically but not at the locations that do not use Toast.
