Go to Reports > Sales Summary.
Use the report filters to select the date range that you want to view.
Scroll down to the Sales Breakdown section.
The Gross Food Sales amount is displayed in the Net Sales column.
Here is an example of how the report might look like:| Date | Net Sales |

The gross food sales amount includes all food sales, including discounts and refunds.
You can also view gross food sales by item by going to Reports > Menu Product Mix. This report shows you the total sales, quantity sold, and average price of each menu item.
