House account order reappeared on KDS a week after fulfilled

I have a house account customer that had an event last month that has reappeared on the KDS just this week.  Any thoughts on why that would happen?

Hey @Rob_C, thanks for reaching out; it could be a sync issue. Did you notice this old ticket appearing on all your devices or just one KDS?
