Hello! I am wondering why it is when I am charging an order to a house account, two receipts print. I don't need any receipt because the guests ordering don't require one. And certainly not two. I'm wasting receipt tape with the this and am hoping someone has figured out a work around for this. I have talked to multiple Toast help desk professionals and created several requests for a change. Thanks for any advice!

No we have not. I have spoken with support several times. Was told it was being sent up as a problem. However there has not been a resolution. Any ideas?

I believe that house account payments may be affected by properties from online orders; therefore, you need to adjust the settings in "Takeout & delivery" to address this.
1. In Toast Web, navigate to Takeout & delivery Availability Takeout/delivery.
2. Scroll down to the Receipt Printing section.
3. Select the Takeout / Delivery Printer drop-down and choose Print On-Demand Only.
4. Save and publish.
I think many people use the invoicing option, which would also prevent printing receipts.
