I'm talking about the main slip, not the items going to their prep stations. Is this feature possible?

You can set up Routing Rules to reroute each prep station to both itself AND the delivery prep station if the delivery dining option is selected. This will result in a prep ticket showing everything being printed at the delivery prep station.
