Internet Browser on Handhelds

Is there any way to block access to the internet browser on the Toast handhelds? I've noticed a few servers using it just to surf the web. Thank you!

There is (was?) something in Test Kitchen, where you can lock down terminals and handhelds.  I've joined that, and so far it was worked for us.
