It seems like the switch to the new Advocates Program has screwed up previous referrals. I had to email multiple times to get payouts approved for 6 locations that have went Live. I have another location that has gone Live over a month ago, and it's still Pending. I'm not sure if more have gone Live - but this page doesn't look to be updating at all. I've emailed and put in requests through the form on the Advocates site. This is getting frustrated. If you want people to Advocate for Toast and offer a rewards program to do so, it should actually work.

Thanks for the help. The new process seems to definitely have issues. I finally had to reach out to one of our sales reps and he was able to get someone to finally approve two of the outstanding referrals. I now have another one that needs to be approved - the company that I referred is now doing weekly rollout, so they are going to start piling up. Appreciate it.

I have had similar pain points with locations that are live. I reached out to my Toast customer success agent, and he was able to approve a few pending ones that were just hangin' around. I think a nudge will be needed until the new system has shaken out all the gremlins
