We just purchased a kiosk and have been trying to get it to work for 3 months now. Support is no help and they just tell me to do the same thing over and over which doesn't work. The kiosk will not accept tap, apple pay it only accepts swipe. When i try to install toast software on the kiosk it acts like its installing it then restarts over and over. Theres no way to even access the menu to tell it which printer to use. This thing is useless and im not getting any help on even returning this thing to toast all the meanwhile they keep charging me $90 a month for the kiosk subscription. Anyone having similar issues or know how to get this paperweight to work properly.

try these steps and let me know if anything changes. Before doing this, ensure the “download toast” application is present on your terminal.
1.) go to the terminal settings > apps & notifications > toast POS > storage > click clear cache then clear storage (click yes for the storage prompt)
2.) reopen settings > apps & notifications > toast POS > force stop > then uninstall
3.) check terminal is up to date > settings > system > system updates
4.) settings > all the way at the bottom click “usb detection” > click reset all > confirm it is connected > run the 3 sequences to test the reader
4.) check WiFi is connected and stable
5.) use the “download toast” application to reinstall

I’m not sure which program this is for but I don’t have those settings.

Going into Saturday another $90 fee for this kiosk that doesn’t work. If you’re planning on using the kiosk, don’t. Time to switch pos companies.

I understand it is frustrating that you don't get the service that you pay for. Before you consider switching your pos provider, let's see if we can help you out here.
Are you able to negative to the screen shown in the picture on you "Kiosk?

Hey! Would you want to give me a call tomorrow? You do have the settings I wrote about, maybe the steps are out of order based on terminal version.
