Kitchen name for Modifiers

Is there a way to have a kitchen name for MODIFIERS? 

For example we have  a Create your own Breakfast Bowl. The Kitchen name is Breakfast Bowl. guest can choose toppings. One of our toppings is Roasted Peppers and Onions. Id like the guest to see ' roasted peppers and onions' when they are ordering online but id like it to print as PEPPERS for our kitchen. 

Can this be done?

Yes, I would recommend using Advanced Properties for that though, it will be faster. Check name, pos name and kitchen name.
