Limiting Items in Online Ordering

I swear we used to have the ability to limit the number of items per online order. We discovered we don't have this feature today when a huge order came through and tanked our kitchen. I know we can make rules to charge extra for larger orders, but I can't find where we can actually limit the number of items ordered at  one time. Did I imagine this or did it possibly move?

I don't remember being able to limit but you can have rules set as far as online orders needing approval or auto firing or reject depending on the dollar value of an order. https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/onlineordering scroll down to approval.
