we are having issues with our loyalty program, which is a Hugh part of out business. After putting in the email the screen just spins spins and spins. sometimes it actually works, and the guest when swiping their cc have to keep on putting in their emails, some guests have 10 accounts. I can't call cs anymore we don't have a back office unit so I have to cll during business hours. when they dial in it seems to work, don't know why. CS actually sucks they give you the same info to fix the problem for every problem. they they send you to hardware. you can hardly understand the cs person. either foreign ugh or they is so much chatter in the background. the info they need upfront and the unneeded touchy feely info gathering session is annoying, why would I want to call toast cs if I didn't have too. An experienced scammer would want to slice their wrist after dealing with this process.
Instead of having unless people have people in the field in major cities that can come to your site to fix on going issues not he spot for the one that I am having that has been going on for 6 months.

Try to exit out the loading screen by pressing the 'x' on the top right corner of the window to see if the system already pulled up customer's account. We also have the same issue and later we found out the new UI cause this problem.
You can consolidate customer's accounts into one if they have multiple accounts.
