Loyalty setting

To handle a reward system limited to only 3 items while satisfying high-point customers. Restaurant business (Pizza Place, etc.) wants to make our loyalty customers happy and wants to add 7 more items. How can we add and make a marketing for our loyalty customers system is only limited (3 item) to add. Maybe some one have better solution to make work ?

Hey @Joes-PizzaLV Thanks for reaching out to the community, one workaround you can do is:
Use item-based rewards that point at menu groups/subgroups (or cash rewards / “free item under $X”) and then market a single reward as “choose from these 7 items.

Example setup

Reward 1 — 50 pts: Pick one from Loyalty Picks — Snacks (7 items)

Reward 2 — 150 pts: Pick one from Loyalty Picks — Mains

Reward 3 — 300 pts: $10 off or Pick a premium item
