MAJOR Ubereats issues: ongoing disconnect with TOAST POS

Ubereats orders NOT being accepted by Toast POS. I have worked with ubereats extensively, toast cant figure it out! cancelled orders amounting to hundred/ thousands of uncaptured sales. i've been taking a real hit to my bottom line because Toast/ubereats integration is still in BETA! ubereats did some digging and found that toast has been canceling orders because items not available. this is ridiculous. the toast system is not in sync with ubereats menu. please fix this asap!

In addition to  lost sales, ubereats then pauses online ordering for your restaurant automatically. JEEESH! talk about double penalties on top of paying TOAST a subscription fee for this mess!!!!!! i expect some compensation for this mess. Support doesn't know how to fix. this has been going on for week, probably months, if I do a deep dive.

Did you recently make any changes to your menu?

nothing major, not anymore than the usual activity of tweaking things. Why?

I once encountered a situation where I created a required modifier that was invisible to a third-party channel, causing all orders with that modifier to be rejected. In another instance, while adjusting item and modifier names, I unintentionally caused orders to be rejected as well. Your situation may be different from my experience, but I understand your frustration and am trying to help. Wish you the best of lucks.
