We often have to add missing reward points.When we do a search of Rewards Accounts on Toast Web, it can take up to 10 minutes or more. It just displays "Loading..." until it finds the account.Does anyone else experience this?We do have multiple store...

Hi @caffie when I created a new version of the Menu Group, I set the Location as the Owner and unfortunately it did not add itself to the Menu. It just appears orphaned from everything. I appreciate the suggestion.Hi @nbunda Thanks for the suggestion...

Thanks @au79teahouse yes, that was also my concern with using a 3rd party Loyalty provider.Thanks @rcmck that's also why I'm so confused why it's so slow on Toast Web when it's so much faster on the POS.
