Pizza Biz here. For example my Large Pizza. It has modifier groups attached for toppings and some other related things. Is there a way for me to add say 20 Chicken Wings as a modifier? So customer would see the wings when they are ordering the pizza and can just add them right there instead of having to put the pizza in the cart and then navigate to the wings?

Yeah you could add anything you want as a modifier, this is good idea, online ordering has upsells built in but you don't really have any control over them. If you already have a 20pc wing on the menu when you add the modifier you could choose add new modifier from existing item and select the 20pc wings, this will link it with that item so that if you 86 wings for some reason the modifier will be out of stock as well, it would also bring any modifiers you have attached to your wings along like sauces. Also I think this approach should report accurately in product mix with the other wings sales, but I'm not 100% sure.
I built this for example
And if the regular wing items are out of stock the mods will be too, Also all wing modifiers are already attached without having to do anything else.

Hi Josh,
We are a Pizza & Wings shop but sell other items as well. I am about to do a makeover on our menu to make it less confusing (especially for customers ordering online).
A few questions:
1. Should I combine my pizzas into one menu item and base the pricing on the size? I was told that I shouldn't do this when we started on Toast 2 years ago. I think this would simplify our menu by eliminating so many 'seemingly' duplicated items.
2. Should I make a modifier group for each item (especially our pizzas and calzones)?
3. Here is our online ordering site. Can you take a look and give me some recommendations?

Thanks in advance for any help that you can give.
