Hi Everyone,
We have Mobile Order and Pay setup and having an issue trying to capture the volume/reporting through it. We have Revenue centers set to show which workstations are processing orders, but I think the issue we have is that one of our Point of Sales is set as the expediter, so it isn't showing us any orders at all for the KDS processing the Mobile orders. I went into the devices setup on the KDS receiving the orders and set the revenue center for Mobile Ordering, but it never shows on our reports, yet our "POS 2" shows a higher volume. Does anyone know of a way to capture that volume?

I'm sorry to hear the Performance Center does not show the information you need. We don't have Order and Pay at our establishment. Performance Center was my best guess that might have numbers you need. I did some research on Order and Pay feature and found the followings:
Based on the information I found, I assume you can set up another dining option just for Order & Pay to achieve what you need. You can find more inform here: https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Setting-Up-Toast-Mobile-Order-and-Pay
edited: Or you can create another set of menus and make the menus only visible to Order & Pay if dining option does not work out.

Do you have mobile order and pay at specific tables only? All tables? You can assign a revenue center to individual tables if they are always used for mobile order and pay. Thank you for the reply. Our Order and Pay is not setup for tables, its setup for a Pickup Line Window. Essentially, we want customers to use this when our lines get too big, they can scan/order/pay then pickup when ready. I looked through your link and went through the Performance Center and I still don't see any registered orders come through for Order and Pay, it lists it as $0, but shows our other Point of Sales with all their sales.
Any other ideas?

Thanks for the clarification, so are you actually using order and pay module or is it essentially a qr code to your online ordering page? You can assign a revenue center to online ordering but would not be able to separate them.

We use the "Pickup Window" QR Code and place that on some posters around the sitting cafe for people to use. We got the QR code from the Order and Pay module in Toast if that helps. I'm pretty sure I have the Revenue Center for that device set for the Online Ordering, but doesn't want to seem to register any sales through reports.
