Hi there,
I had an existing account with my old job and need to access Toast for my new job but since I have the same email address it is only allowing me to access my old account. any way to erase/delete the old and add the new? or do i need a new email?

Hey, thanks for reaching out! You will need to contact the old location to remove your email or create a new one.

Hi there,
In my experience, you don’t need to create a new email. If you look at the top left of your Toast dashboard where the location address is displayed, you'll find a drop-down arrow. This allows you to toggle between locations, so you can easily switch from your old account to your new one without needing a different email.
