I have an order that has been stuck on our Expo KDS for 39 hours and counting. It will not tap off or fire. If I look the ticket up on the back end it says that it was closed. I tried resyncing all orders and data. Restarting the system, etc. Has anyone ran in to this issue before? Any ideas?

Yeah but usually what you tried already fixes it? Have you done that to all KDS if you have more than one?

If non of these works, you can try to reopen the order on your back-end and send it to your device. what we will do next is to update the ticket's status by adding new item to it so you can tap it off on the KDS.
On your POS,
1) add a new item to the order, and fire it up
2) remove the item just added.
3) close the order
4) tap off all the tile that are associated with the order on the KDS
If this does not work, you might want to call Toast support...
