Hi everyone,
I wanted to flag an issue we've encountered as of Sunday. One of our locations reported receiving online orders without the packaging option indicated. Our configuration is set to display the guest’s selection whether it is YES or NO.
After reviewing our various order sources (Toast Local, Toast Online Ordering, Branden mobile app, and website), I noticed that our website is missing the packaging preference. We haven’t made any changes to our settings, and all locations share the same configuration.
I’ve been in contact with Toast support throughout the day, but so far there’s no clear explanation for this glitch.
Has anyone else run into this issue recently?
