Sometimes we have employees that will purchase something from the restaurant ( ie: bottle of wine or uncooked food) that we charge wholesale, and do not have a "check" to close. We have always been able to do a "paid in" with other systems.
Yeah, it's called cash in but same thing, just hit the back button from quick order or table service go get to the menu, go to cash drawers, pick a drawer you want and select cash in.
