Hi - This is Janet from Maine.
My managers have been stating that they can't fix clock in and outs on the POS/Tablet the next day after the last day of the payroll week. So for us we run our payroll week from Thursday to Wednesday. The manager comes in on Thursday and can't change anything for Wednesday - Let's say someone forgot to punch out. Is this normal?

That's normal if they are making the changes from the POS, once the new week starts you can't edit shift reviews or time clock. You can still do it in the backend website though.
