Printing Guest Receipts

We accept payment types in addition to cash and credit cards.  There does not seem to be a way to turn off printing the payment receipt.  We do not need this receipt.  We are spending a lot of time and money with this wasteful nuisance.

Any ideas?

Try to see if you have the following options off:

1) go to your device setup and make sure "Always print receipt" is off

2) Go to receipt setup and find "closed check receipt"
