refund status

Hello, I have made a refund of double charge but the guest is saying that i never got the amount back on her debit card, i am not sure how to check if the amount was actually deposit. can someone advice

How long has it been since you issued the refund? If it is the same day they are not going to see it right away, won't process until batch is done at end of day the day. You can check to see if the refund was issued in any of your credit card reports (settle deposit breakdown, daily credit card activity, payout overview)

On top of what @rcmck has mentioned, refunds usually take 2 - 3 business days to process and to be posed on customer's account. It may take longer to reflect on statement depending on customer's card issuing bank.
