Remove itemization from customer signature receipt

Is there a way to remove the itemization from a customers signature receipt?

For just the customer copy? No. For both copies, yes. Under guest receipt setup, you can turn off for quick order or table service. And you can also always print an itemized receipt on demand if a customer requests one from the payment screen.
