Rescind Account Creation Invite?

Is there a way to rescind (NOT "resend") an invite link when sent to a new employee? My managers keep accidentally inviting new employees to create an account and it's messing up our processes.

Related, is there a way to make the Add New Employee function to NOT default to "Yes"? Because it defaults to this my managers missing to turn it off when they're onboarding staff.

The exact same issue happened to me last time when adding a new employee. At the moment, I don't think there is a way to rescind an invite.

I searched for "rescind" and didn't find any results, is there a button or anything you can screenshot that I can reference when reaching out to my team about this? Also are you using Toast payroll?

I added a screenshot to my original post and have re-added it to this reply.

To the left of this image it shows that an employee has been sent an invite. There's a "resend invitation" button but I want to TAKE BACK the invite.

To the right shows the default view of adding a new employee. I would like the first option "Invite to create account" to default to "NO" instead of yes to keep from accidentally sending account creation invites.

We do not use Toast Payroll and likely never will.

Oh, I see the attached image on the original post. Sorry about that! Unfortunately, I do not believe there is a way to change the default setting of this view; if there were, it would be mentioned in the following article, and I could not find anything around this.
