We have been using Toast for years in our restaurant and started using Retail 2 months ago in our new Market. I am wondering if Toast has or is developing a feature within Retail so that when we receive product we can enter in the expiration dates of the product in order to get a reminder of when we need to switch out perishable product?
Hi Mark, good question. I just chatted with the product team and turns out we do have this on our roadmap, but do not have a timeline on when it will be released yet.
I found a waitlist for TOAST RETAIL POS FEATURES so I signed up for that. Not sure if that is the right one to do but seemed like that will be good for a variety of retail options so fingers crossed.
