Schedule Enforcement with HotSchedules

Im trying to set up schedule enforcement, but it doesnt seem to  be intergrating.  I have had HotSchedules intergrated with toast for years and everything else works.  Ive followed all the instrutions on toast central, but on the page where you enter how many minutes before of after they can clock in, shere should be shifts postd underneath, but it says "No shifts have been set up for this restaurant".  Am i missing a step?

I checked the Toast central again and in one of the article I read it says it should also work with integration partners. By any chance do you see any scheduled shifts like this under Schedule enforcement?

No, thats my issue, nothing is showing there.

We use HotSchedules and have Schedule Enforcement enabled with no issues.  Have you recently added schedule enforcement, or did it stop working?  You may need to contact HS to have them resync for you.
