I am a toast user since last November , has anyone else's order arrived during the closing date even after using schedule override to setup their future close day?

Do you have the check # and date for further investigation? Also, has this issue happened more than once?

It was 1/28 Check #1

@TK Yes, this happened to use Halloween 2022. We marked as closed in the back-end (in the "Overrides" section, rather than the "Online Ordering Schedule" section), and then 11 ToastOO's came through when we were closed. It was pretty bad as multiple customers showed up for pick-up orders to a dark restaurant. We ended up refunding all the orders, and sending apology gift cards to every customer, which Toast finally reimbursed us for this month (as I was able to prove they were at fault for the error, not us).
The reason I am applying now, however, is I need to close the restaurant for 4th of July. Due to my previous experience of not trusting the "Overrides" section, but assuming they fixed it since Oct 2022, I tried using the "Overrides" section first to set closure. BUT our closure didn't show up on the Overrides page even after I hit Publish.
So then I went to set our closure for 4th of July in the "Online Ordering Schedule" section:
But it appears that original workflow no longer exists because it now just re-directs to here, and doesn't allow you to add the override from the 'back back end' anymore:
So I added the closure once more from the "Overrides" section, and how it's finally showing up on the Overrides section, after refreshing the page.
This workflow still seems very buggy to me, and I am of course worried orders are going to come through on 4th of July (because last time it happened, our Halloween closure was showing up on the same page as below, it just didn't prevent orders from being placed, despite having 'published' the change, and being able to prove that i did).
@TK Has this happened to you since 1/28??
