In Tennessee we have a 15% Liquor tax for each drink by the glass. It can either be included in the cost of the drink or added to the cost of the drink and must be specified on the drink menu. On top of this you must also pay the normal sales tax which is 9.75% in my location.
I'm trying to figure out how to best set this up in toast and was wondering if anyone is in the same situation. I see pros and cons of doing it each way but in the end am fine either way.
Thanks for any insight you may be able to give.

You would have to create another tax rate for the 15% Liquor tax and apply it to the items or menus that need it. Whether or not you want it to be included is up to you, but you would still need to assign the tax rates. I don't think you can only include one tax rate, I think it would have to be both.
