Tickets for online orders not showing the time ticket was fired

We are having issues with the printed tickets for online order (Toast Online Ordering) showing the order due time at the top and bottom of the ticket rather than showing the time the ticket was fired, at the top of the ticket, and the order due time at the bottom of the ticket.

For orders placed in-store, it shows the time the ticket was fired at the top of the printed chits and the order due time at the bottom. Hoping there is a workaround to get the online orders to display the same way and/or that a fix is in the works.

Anyone else having this issue and/or know whether this is on the Toast Team's radar?

This was changed in May of 2018, it was annoying at the time but got used to it eventually. I don't know of any workaround unfortunately. 

@rcmck Definitely annoying. We just joined so it's always been this way. It's even worse if they use to do it right in the past. Not sure why Toast would go to where it is different on in-store orders vs online and delivery. That is confusing and just bad practice to not be consistent across channels and touchpoints.  Toast is pretty good and listening to these chats and addressing things so I am hopeful they will fix this.
