I have a specific menu item (pre-paid event ticket) that is set to "Deferred" however the sales of this item are showing under net sales like any other item. I want sales of this item to NOT be counted in net sales on the date of purchase so I can acknowledge the sale at a later specific date, when the service is rendered.
As I understand it setting the item to deferred should place the sales under "Paid in total" or "Deferred" but that's not happening for me. This issue might only be for Online Order items set to deferred...
