time stamp on handheld device is incorrect

time stamp on kitchen's tickets is incorrect  when one of handheld device is used.

however time clock on hand held device is correct

Just one of the handhelds? Do you have item sent times turned on, if you do is the sent time on the handheld different as well? Have you tried any simple fixes like restarting the handheld yet?

Hey @hossman, I have attached some troubleshooting steps that may help, but in short, it's clearing data, restarting, and logging out and back in. If none of that helps, message me the serial number of the handheld that is not working correctly, and I'll need a check number and the date of a ticket with the incorrect time stamp, please.
