Hello,
When we take apple pay payments on our handhelds, there's a notification that pops up when someone logs into the main station. If the check (table 14) belonged to server A, but server B logs in with his/her own passcode, they see the notification that "table 14 left a 24% tip". If they click open that notification, it shows what any other server received in tips as well at their paid /completed tables regardless of payment method.
Does anyone know if we can get rid of this? We don't really like employees to see what other employees are being tipped.
Thank you.

Are you talking about a bubble style notification like this?

Yes. Except ours is a yellow bell not an exclamation point.

Thanks, that's the one, I don't know of any notification that alerts on paid tabs, there is a beta for qr code payments, you may be a part of that, either way notifications can be turned off in the backend under notification setup. Just turn off whatever ones you don't want to appear, this will affect all devices, no way to do it on only certain devices at this time. https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Can-Toast-send-alerts-to-my-app-when-certain-things-occur-149...

Actually, it may be out of beta, just looked at my own settings and it was there.
