Tip and Signature Lines Missing on Guest Receipts

I am unable to print the Tip, Total, and Signature lines on the guest receipts. The POS device currently has the related receipt/tip settings enabled, but the guest receipt still only shows suggested tip percentages. It does not show a blank tip amount line, total line, or signature line for customers to fill out, have already spoken with multiple support agents over the phone, but no one has been able to identify the issue or provide a working solution.

Could someone please help me figure out what setting or configuration needs to be changed so the guest receipt prints correctly. Thanks!

Edit: Sorry I did not see the first part of your post showing the settings, if you have it set and it is still not printing I would try clearing cache and re-syncing all data on the device itself if you have not yet. If you have already done that, try changing the setting to don't show, save & publish, then changing it back to show save & publish. Also worth checking is the signature threshold under payment options, I have not used it in a while so I don't remember how it affects printed checks but it may remove the tip line as well. https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/payments 

 

Have you checked this is enabled under guest receipt setup?
