Hi newbie here again ! How can I add the tip line to the servers receipts so that the servers can print them out from the handhelds and give them physical papers to the customers .

Hi rob ! Ok so I did this and I tried to print the receipt from the handheld and it doesn’t show 😣 also is there a way to increase the suggested tip percentages or is that a pre set amount ? Thank you so much for your help

Yes, you can edit the suggested tip, image below on how to do this. 
For paper receipts, turn on the Display Tip Line setting in "Receipt Setup"

Check your signature threshold for receipts https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/payments tip suggestions for printed receipts should be under guest receipt setup.
