Hi I’ve heard rumors that some people can see a map that allows them to adjust the delivery radius for their toast delivery services by doordash. I ask because 5mi is too big for us. Can anyone verify if this is true, do any of you have access to this? Thanks!!

I would recommend using the ship day integration : Shipday
Its fully integrated with toast orders except you can choose how you want to dispatch 1st party, 3rd party or a mix and it will auto assign everything. You also have a choice between Uber, lyft and door dash drivers. If you want me to show you mine id be glad to

Every operator has the ability to use the Delivery Area Map to my knowledge. However Delivery 2.0: Live Map is a new feature and you need to reach out to support to have it enabled!

I think this is a big confusion around whether running delivery with one's own drivers or TDS by doordash. Support has been so confused on this for weeks it's been extremely painful. Is the map available when drivers are handled by doordash?

Hey Greg! It appears when you allow delivery by DoorDash the map option is removed, I think this is because DoorDash owns the delivery radius when you use their drivers. Was there a particular reason you wanted access to the map?
