I am very disappointed in the quality of support we received this past weekend at one of our locations. We lost a significant amount of sales on Friday and Saturday due to the lack of knowledge by the support personnel about hardware issues. I need someone to call me directly to discuss this asap. The issue is fixed now. My concern is that the support we received was not very knowledgeable and resulted in us incurring a $1500 bill from our IT contractor as well as losing several thousand dollars in online sales.
