Toast Support

This is my second time around with Toast. In my prior venture I got a PHD in Toast issues. My question is, Is it me or support just get worse by the day?

Where do I start. In general trying to get any kind of support is like pulling teeth. Language barrier, clearly poorly trained employees. For the most part they are just robots that can't speak english and have no idea what they are doing. I am starting discussions to see if what other folks say about that.

Bummer to hear that support hasn't gotten any better.  I pretty much stopped calling them years ago due to their issues - sucks that it hasn't improved.  

I find the chat feature to be great.   I you can explain your issue they are usually pretty good.  Agree that sometimes accent barrier is high.  Just about have quit using call in.
