Toast Tables Login Question

We just started using Toast Tables with a Samsung tablet, I need to log into the tablet multiple times a day.  I don't see a place to save the log-in in the tablet.  My log-in for Toast tables is the same log-in for Toast and as an owner, I don't want to provide that information out to employees.  There has to be a workaround for this correct?

You can create an employee with back-end access with a fake email address like login@diversionpizza.com. Just make sure only allow toast table permission and other permissions you want your employees to access

I don't know what causes it to not stay logged in, I have one tablet that never gets logged out and another where they are regularly having to log back in. I just have a fake employee created for logging into POS tablets and Tables App, with just the 1.18 tables permission.
