Toast Tables - Multiple service periods for same day

New to Toast and just trying to figure out if there's a way to block off multiple periods in a given day? We run a sports bar and often have a need to block reservations for multiple games on the same day while leaving windows open for bookings. Tried creating multiple service periods but it appears only one service period can be active at any time. Toast Tables will not work for us if we can't find a fix. Thanks

You could also use special dates if you wanted to for that if you don't want to add a lot of complexity to your service periods. For your follow-up, Yes you can, you would probably want to breakout your service periods from the default main one and setup breakfast lunch and dinner instead. But then you would just go to online access under reservations > online access > online reservation inventory, and change your table availability for breakfast.
