I got this email today and enabled it right away. I haven't set up any promo yet. However, I'm still struggling to see the QR code in the print. Has anyone else tried it?

This feature is temporarily unavailable due to a recent pos update that has caused it to stop working. The feature is currently disabled. Until the responsible team resolves the current issue, the next planned release of this feature will be on December 2nd.

@Rob .. Any idea if you can find out if this feature is working as a beta? I checked with customer support, and that option basically prints for all takeout orders, which seems odd for me.. since people who place orders directly don't need to be told about direct ordering. I was told to click the Payment Receipt -> Customer Copy.. but if feels like the wrong choice for me. He said ther beta isn't working and this is the only way to get it printed if i want the QR code. I guess I'll wait for the feature to work 🙂
