When Entering an Item on Screen Please add a search Bar!!!!

Why is there not a search bar when adding an Item?? Scrolling through every item is crazy and most of the time it is a last minute situation!!!!

I believe there already is a search bar function. In Front of house, order screen setup >>Search bar for POS menu.

Even when that option is tabbed on, the quick-edit option on the order screen forces you to scroll through the entire catalog of menu items in order to select something. Is there another place that you're talking about.

Search bar shows on the top of your main menus as shown in the picture

I believe the search bar does not work with quick-edit mode.
