XtraChef Consultant Needed

Looking for a resource who has subject matter expertise in Toast & XtraChef.  We are a new restaurant called Citizens Coffee & Wine Cafe and located in Hempstead, Texas.  Our kitchen is a scratch kitchen and we are working to get a handle on our inventory management practices and wish for XtraChef to serve as the information backbone.  If you know someone feel free to pass along my contact information below:

No I don’t believe I have seen any response. I will say I harassed xtraCHEF so bad they contacted me and spent over an hour on the phone with me and then replied to my email questions after.  Im not 100% but we are getting better every week with full on inventory. Feel free to email questions.
