I'm trying to make all my recipes in Xtrachef to track cost. However some of my menus are to showing up. Is there a way to force sync with toast? I thought it was all automatic.
It is automatic but there is some delay, are these newly added menu items? Also keep in mind once you map a recipe to a menu item in no longer shows in the pair with menu item search, I have been confused before when searching and then realizing I already had a recipe for it.
No, its a menu I've had since the beginning, i cant anything from it in the P Mix mapping or anything. It is however a menu I have a copy of for Happy Hour pricing, but all of my menus have copies for similar reasons. Is that as issue with xtrachef?
If the happy hour menu is just a shallow copy of another menu with menu specific pricing then the items themselves would still have the same POS ID and only show up once in the product mix map. You could check by looking under advanced properties with number selected under show/hide, and compare the menu items from your main and happy hour menus.
