I did see something in the toast test kitchen that allows pre ordering for reservations if you also use toast tables. that may work for you. I do not know of any mechanism within toast to do exactly what you are asking for.https://www.toasttab.com/cu...

I dont know if you use door dash in your business, but I spent close to an hour on the phone with them to learn that they will not block a customer from ordering. Would love to see every platform be able to block.

You 100% can have a loyalty card. I made them years ago when there could only be one credit card per loyalty account when they started the loyalty program.
